European Junior Cup: prize fund and tech spec
The prize fund sees an amazing Euro 10,000 award for the series champion or the option of Euro 15,000 towards a season's racing in the European Superstock 600 championship 2012. The race prizes are equally generous with Euro 1000 going to each race winner and Euro 300 awarded to the pole position setter. 2nd position in the race wins Euro 600 and 3rd nets Euro 300. Female racers and the 'Young Gun' 14 to 15 year olds are also rewarded with special prizes of Euro 250 each.
The final specification of the Junior Cup Kawasaki Ninja 250 R now includes a full race exhaust system and performance ECU from Leo Vince and competition suspension from FG Gubellini, brake lines from Fren Tubo, lightweight race bodywork from Italian specialists Plastic Bike and adjustable footrests from Gilles Tuning. Febur will supply competition handlebars, subframes and pit equipment. The package is completed with digital lap timers from HM-shifter, gearing sets from Corsa Components and tyre heaters from Capit, Italy.
